Welcome to Betano. The following General Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including sports betting and slots, offered via our website and apps. Please read this document carefully, as it constitutes a binding agreement between you and Betkick Sportwettenservice GmbH. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Fundamentals
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the games and associated platforms via the website betano-schweiz.net as well as all related URLs. The website and the games are offered by Betkick Sportwettenservice GmbH.
The term Betkick in these terms refers to Betkick Sportwettenservice GmbH, a company registered in Austria with its registered office at Knittlingerweg 18, 4921 Hohenzell, and the registration number 298896d. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Betkick.
The operator of the website is Betkick Sportwettenservice GmbH. The range of services offered by Betkick and the operation of this website are regulated by the Darmstadt Regional Council (Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt). This is the competent authority for the concession granted on 19.02.2021.
These terms come into effect as soon as you click the corresponding button to accept them. By doing so, you declare to Betkick that you have read and accepted these terms. By using the services of the website, you agree to these terms.
You must read these terms in full before you register. If you do not agree with any provision, you may not use the website. You understand and agree to be bound by the terms contained herein, which may be amended by us from time to time.
Betkick reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Should changes be made to the detriment of your rights, Betkick will inform you about them as early as possible. It is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly.
Rules and explanations for participating in Betkick games as well as information on account management are contained in separate links on the website and are incorporated by reference into these terms. Any mention of Betkick games refers to sports betting available on the website.
These terms may be published in various languages for informational purposes. However, only the German version is legally binding. In the event of contradictions, the German version is decisive.
2. Account Rules
To participate in Betkick games with real money, you must first register and open an account. In addition, you must deposit money into your account using one of the authorized methods. Registration via social media is also possible, if available.
Betkick is entitled to engage payment providers to act on its behalf, receive or pay out funds. Customers may only open and use a single account. Opening or using multiple accounts is prohibited.
Should we suspect that a customer has opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close these accounts. Winnings from such accounts will be declared invalid. Funds in these accounts may be withheld.
If you notice that you have more than one account, you must notify Betkick immediately. An account opening request is made by completing the registration form. Betkick may refuse to open an account at its own discretion.
Only one account per person, family, household, address, email, and end device is allowed. You must truthfully provide all required information in the registration form. This includes name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct. Betkick is entitled to demand proof. If you provide false information, your account may be suspended and winnings withheld.
You must keep your username and password secure. Never share this data with third parties. Betkick is not liable for the misuse of your account by third parties resulting from your negligence.
Your identity, as well as your age and residence address, must be verified within 30 days of registration. A withdrawal is only possible after successful verification. After the deadline expires, the account will be frozen until the verification is completed.
Betkick reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without explanation. In this case, the balance will be paid out, unless there is suspicion of fraud. Suspicious actions may be reported to the authorities.
The account is personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to use your account. Should we find that a third party is using your account, we may suspend it. Winnings made by third parties are invalid.
If we determine that an account is being used by a minor, it will be closed immediately. All bets will be cancelled and deposits refunded.
3. Deposits to Your Account
Betkick is a company registered in Austria, authorized to receive deposits and manage funds. If you wish to participate in a game, you must make a deposit from an account of which you are the holder.
Your funds may only be used for betting and gaming transactions. Betkick does not grant credit for participation in games. Your gaming account is not a bank account, and funds do not bear interest.
All information on deposit methods can be found in the My Account section on the website. Depending on the method chosen, fees may apply, which are shown there. Your bank may also charge its own fees.
We accept payments in Euro. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the current exchange rate. You bear any exchange fees. For credit card payments, the money is credited only after the authorization code is received.
Betkick reserves the right to apply additional identity verification procedures for deposits. Should we suspect that funds are not being deposited for gaming purposes, we may charge administrative fees or suspend the account.
4. Withdrawals from Your Account
You can request a withdrawal of your balance at any time, provided that all deposits have been confirmed and all verification procedures have been completed. Withdrawals must generally be made by the same method as the deposit.
Betkick reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if there are doubts about the identity of the account holder. In such cases, we may request additional documents to verify your identity and the legality of the transaction.
Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible. The duration until receipt of the money depends on the chosen payment method. Betkick is not liable for delays caused by third parties or banks.
Withdrawal limits may apply, which are stated on the website. Should you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding these limits, the payout may be made in instalments. Fees for withdrawals are displayed in the cashier area.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions are securely encrypted to protect your data. Betkick uses advanced technologies to ensure the security of your financial information.
Should a deposit or withdrawal be incorrectly booked, Betkick is entitled to correct the account accordingly. Amounts incorrectly credited must be repaid to Betkick.
You are obliged to inform us immediately if you notice errors in transactions on your account. Misuse of errors can lead to account closure and legal action.
6. Closing the Betkick Account
You can close your account at any time by contacting customer service. The remaining balance will be paid out to you, provided that all conditions are met.
Betkick reserves the right to close your account at its own discretion, especially in the event of breaches of these terms or suspicion of fraud. In this case, you will be notified.
After the account is closed, you will no longer have access to the services. Your personal data will be stored in accordance with legal retention periods and then deleted.
7. Your Obligations
You declare that you are over 18 years old and live in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. You use the website only for personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial activities.
All information you provide to Betkick must be truthful and up-to-date. You are obliged to notify us immediately of changes to your data. You are solely responsible for the taxation of your winnings.
You assure that the deposited funds do not come from illegal sources. You understand that when playing, you take the risk of losing money. Fraud, collusion, and the use of software aids are strictly prohibited.
You may only use payment methods that are legally yours. Chargebacks are prohibited. Should chargebacks occur, you must reimburse Betkick for the incurred costs.
The software on the website is protected by copyright and may only be used within the scope of using the services. You undertake to treat other customers and employees with respect. Insults will not be tolerated.
8. Responsible Gambling
You can exclude yourself from playing at any time by registering in the OASIS database. You can arrange this through your account or customer service. An exclusion can only be lifted upon written request after the minimum duration has expired.
You can set limits for deposits, losses, and playing times. Requests to tighten limits take effect immediately. Loosening limits only takes effect after a waiting period of seven days.
Betkick takes problem gambling prevention very seriously. We offer information and self-control tools. If we determine that gambling is harmful to you, we reserve the right to close your account.
Observe the rules of responsible gambling. Take breaks, set limits, and do not play under the influence of alcohol or when in a bad mood. A Reality Check regularly interrupts the game for information.
9. Sports Betting
Betting rules and conditions are an essential part of this contract. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have understood the betting rules. Bets can only be placed by registered customers with sufficient balance.
A bet is considered accepted as soon as confirmation is received. You must not place bets on events in which you are involved or for which you have insider knowledge. Betkick can cancel such bets.
The minimum stake per bet is 0.20 Euro. Betkick reserves the right to refuse or declare bets invalid without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation or collusion.
Winnings are credited according to official results. Subsequent changes to the results generally do not affect the settlement, unless there is an obvious error.
10. Data Protection
Betkick attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable laws. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Your data is used only for the provision of our services, the fulfillment of legal obligations, and the improvement of our offer. Disclosure to third parties only takes place if required by law or necessary for processing.
You have the right to information, rectification, and erasure of your data, insofar as there are no legal retention obligations. Our Data Protection Officer is available to answer your questions.
11. Other Provisions
Betkick assumes no warranty for the error-free nature of the software or the constant availability of the website. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the services, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
Betting suggestions are based on statistical data and are not a guarantee of winnings. You indemnify Betkick from all claims arising from your breach of these terms.
Betkick is subject to the Money Laundering Act and reports suspicious transactions to the authorities. We can suspend your account if there is suspicion of money laundering. You guarantee that all funds are legally your property.
In case of breaches of these T&C, Betkick can close your account and withhold winnings. We reserve the right to cancel bets if there are technical errors or manipulations.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the German courts. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
13. Cash Out
Cash Out is available for selected bets. It allows the early settlement of a bet. Available bets are marked accordingly. There is a time delay in the acceptance of Cash Out requests.
If a game is cancelled, a previously executed Cash Out remains valid. The Cash Out amount is based on the current odds and may be lower or higher than the original stake.
Bonuses often cannot be applied when using Cash Out. Betkick is not responsible if the function is not available for technical reasons. We reserve the right to deactivate or restrict Cash Out at any time.
